About Brigitte Verba:
Brigitte Verba, born 1968 in Lower Austria, started off her career
as a Chambermaid and today is looking back
at a strongly ship-based Career as Executive Housekeeper, amongst others
also for luxury Cruiseliners. (i.e. Regency, Peter Deilmann, Radisson,
Hapag Lloyd)
Mrs. Verba holds a Degree in Maritime Hotel Management from the SIMHM
in Klessheim Castle, Salzburg, where she graduated with Honors.
Brigitte Verba teaches in German, English,
French and Italian and currently is studying the Hungarian Language.
1999: ETAGE EXCLUSIVE, Brigitte Verba's first Housekeeping Education Book
is published in the renowned German Publishing House Matthaes Verlag
in Stuttgart, Germany.
This unique Housekeeping Education Program still today by
far surpasses the known Hotel Trainings for Housekeeping Maids
Cleaners and is the Program that guarantees successful projects
worldwide, regardless of the educational background of the participants.
2001: Brigitte Verba launches her own Housekeeping Education Company -
Etage Exclusive.
2002: The Etage Exclusive Housekeeping Awards Project is launched
at the K+K Palais Hotel in Vienna, followed by Hotels in Berlin, Budapest,
Bukarest, Frankfurt, Munich, London, Prag and Paris.
2006: The idea of the Austrian Housekeeper's Group is first discussed
at the ETAGE EXCLUSIVE Discussion on Nano-Technology for Hotels
held in the Twin Tower Building, Vienna.
2007: Brigitte Verba launches the Austrian Housekeepers Group
- International on April 13th 2007 at the nh Hotel Belvedere in Vienna.
2007: Brigitte Verba launches the
First International Housekeeping Education Day for Maids & Cleaners
in Hotels in Dubai, Qatar, Singapore, Vietnam, Argentina, India and Europe.
At the same time she introduces the term HOTEL-Keeping
and the concept of Hotel Management for Maids & Cleaners
in Hotels worldwide.
2008: Etage Exclusive launches the International
School-In-A-Pool-Project providing free Housekeeping Education
for selected candidates around the globe.
2008: Organization of the 1. Workshop 2008 of the Austrian Housekeepers
Group International on 06. Juni 2008 with Professionals from
the Cleaning-
and Textile-Industry in Vienna.
2008: Brigitte Verba continues the
International Housekeeping Education Day for Maids & Cleaners
due to it's great success in 2007 in hotels worldwide.
