A: It takes place in 5 independant stages,
in Theory and Practice, with each stage being
being immediately applicable in practice. Hotels may choose to
take one level at a time - in their own time, and even stop at the level
they feel will meet their company's standards.

of our Company Credo, our rates have not changed
